Things that went well this week:

• engagement-->climate change/government//easy to relate to student's lives
• grading papers on time and returning in a timely fashion
• student respect

Things that need improvement:

• when to pull out the old 'yell' to get attention of students [effective if only happens once or twice a semester]
• smoother transitions [less chattering/being as prepared as possible]
